🔳Appointment :

All services are by appointment only. Walk-ins may be  accommodated based on availability.

We will be asking for credit card information to hold your appointment for the following reasons.

 

🔳New customers.

For services over 2.5 hours (Highlights, double process color, straightening, perm, etc.)

Client with non-U.S. Phone Numbers.

 

🔳Cancellation:

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.

For No Show and Late Cancellation will be charged 50% of the service amount.

 

🔳Punctuality:

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to accommodate the next client. We understand “life happens” if for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to the scheduled appointment, please call us!

 

🔳Refund & Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on hair care products. Please consult with stylist before purchasing

We are committed to providing high-quality services, refunds will not be issued once a service has been completed.

🔳Service Guarantee:

We stand behind our work. If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us within 7 days and an appointment must scheduled within 14 days from the actual service appointment date, for a complimentary adjustment service.

 

🔳Respectful Conduct:

Clients are expected to treat staff and fellow clients with respect and courtesy at all times.

Disruptive Behavior:

Any disruptive behavior, including loud or offensive language, will not be tolerated, as it can negatively impact the salon environment.

Clients and staffs safety and comfort is our main priority.

 

 🔳 Payment :

We accept cash and major credit cards.

No checks and gift cards.

Gratuity: A cash gratuity of 15% - 20% of each service is greatly appreciated.
